Your experience
Go directly to the canyon parking lot. Your personal belongings and valuables stay in the cars. The guide will give you your personal equipment with which we will make a backpack and we put the picnic in a waterproof container. Let's go for the adventure!
The day begins with a short 50-minute hike up the right bank of the canyon. We arrive at a beautiful pool where we can take a dip before putting on our wetsuits. A briefing on the safety rules and off we go!
We quickly arrive at the first rappel which marks the beginning of the first part of the canyon which offers rappels, jumps and slides, all at the bottom of a narrowness dug by the passage of water in a limestone rock. It is time for a picnic at the edge of small sunny pools. The second part is in a forest setting, which gives an emerald color to the water. There are beautiful jumps and a few rappels which take us to the end of the canyon. The return is made on the beginning of the approach walk, in 15 minutes we find the car.
Once changed we can go to the centre of the village of Sospel where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.
