Meet at the Breil sur Roya train station, once the group is complete we take the road for 15 minutes towards the Maglia valley. Once arrived at the canyon car park we leave our personal belongings in the car and put the picnic in a waterproof container. Good news there is no approach walk so we equip ourselves directly at the car park and after a briefing on the safety rules we immediately start the activity. Very quickly we arrive at the top of the narrowness that we will descend by chaining the abseils and the suspended basins. A few small abseils to get our legs going and we arrive at the strong point of the canyon, the 55m abseil which will put you in a vertical atmosphere. Once at the bottom of the big abseil we have a few beautiful abseils left to arrive above the Maglia canyon and we can hear the roar of the water flowing there. A final rappel brings us into the deep narrowness of the Maglia that we descend to the second strong point, the famous tuff cave that we will cross. After the cave we quickly arrive at the return path that takes us to the road in 35 minutes. We take off our wetsuits and we will have to go back up everything that we have abseiled down! Once back on the road there are 15 minutes left to reach the car. Once changed it is possible to go and have a refreshing drink in the village of Breil.
